Is she angry because she is on her period?!? I am guessing from the circle in the background. You make her look pretty angry, with the cursing and the clenched hands, but with a little more body language, you could really get the "RAWR!". You could possibly have her leaning forward more, maybe with a fist out being shook, or maybe turned slightly, yelling over her shoulder, depending on how she is angry. (Haha, I am assuming she is angry, I guess she could just be burping.) Your colouring looks like it might have been done with the fill tool, which, to be honest, isn't the greatest idea. If you did that because you are stuck with a program with just one layer (such as MSPaint) you might want to pick up the Gimp, which is free (you can Google it) and you can do multiply layers. (Just set the "colour" layer to "muliply" and put in the colours you want.)
The hair looks really good, though! If you put that much time/effort into the rest of her (which appears to be mainly flatly coloured) she would come out looking fantastic!

Ahem.
Lol, no thats just a red sun/dot thing! I actually did do this in Gim, and hand painted much of it. I could never get the hang of layers, i'll definatly take your advice and work on the coloring!
Well, there are plenty of tutorials on the use of layers, and I would highly suggest reading over one or two. If you would like a quick lesson, though, the way I like to do digital coloring (when I have pen or otherwise dark lines) is I create a new layer (on the "layers" dialog window), move it to the top, and set its mode to multiply (so that that the lines show through the colors.) Then I color inside the area (haha, usually going outside the lines, and later have to erase it) and either start a new layer for each other color, or be lazy and just color it all on the same layer. (Multiple layers means it will be easier to fix things you decide you don't like, but a single layer saves on storage space.) I hope that helps you with layers, they are very, very useful if you learn to use them. (Haha, I hope you didn't already know all that.)
